The Village at Mission Lakes

The Village at Mission Lakes is a 51,776 sq.ft. commercial center in West Desert Hot Springs, across from the Mission Lakes Country Club. Building #1, designed with Santa Barbara style architecture, is 90% complete and has 44,000 sq.ft., including 10,000 sq.ft. of office space, a 5,200 sq.ft. food court, and 28,800 sq.ft. for retail. Building #2 is approximately 50% complete and is envisioned as a restaurant row for 2 or 3 quality establishments, something the city of Desert Hot Springs desperately needs. A third building of 13,000 sq.ft. has been approved and planed, but has not yet been built, pending the successful rental of the first two buildings.

The City of Desert Hot Springs has a population of approximately 23,000 people and is one of the fastest growing areas in the Coachella Valley. It is located 100 miles from Los Angeles, 50 miles from Ontario airport, and 6 miles from the Palm Springs airport. Over 14,000 housing units have been approved in the area. The Village is located at the intersection of Little Morongo Road and Mission Lakes Boulevard, approximately 2.5 miles from the center of town. It is the only commercial site in the surrounding area.
